That’s a smart fortwo ED3, specifically a 2013-2016 model. One interesting tidbit is that the owner opted for the factory cruise control unit and not the regeneration paddles.

Another tidbit is that the car has the older 9 spoke wheel design that somehow made it to some of the ED3s.

ETA: The car also doesn’t seem to have the automatic headlight/automatic windscreen wiper option.

I like the color scheme, but an electric Smart just doesn’t move me emotionally the way a gasoline one does.

I’m amazed that you can tell all of that from two photos of the outside of this smart. I would have no clue.
